We, the promoters, would like this festival to continue making happy both guests and villagers of Gorna Bela Rechka. Therefore, we bring to your attention the principles we follow and some useful information about the place.

PRINCIPLES
• The festival confirms to the daily rhythm of the village.
• The festival keeps environment pure.

RULES
• We observe rest hours.
• Arrive at 21h latest or expressly inform the coordinators.
• Throw the garbage only to the fixed places.
• Keep two rivers and the spring clean.
• Build and use field/compost lavatories on suitable places in the forest around our camp.

CONDITIONS
• Sample village environment.
• Rented rooms in the houses of some villagers (there is no hotel).
• Pub, which offers also food and works longer than usual (there is no restaurant).
• Shop, working from 6h till 9:30h in the morning and selling bread on request and essentials.
• Village does not have canalization.
• There is bad connection of mobile phones.
• No internet.

SOFIA – GORNA BELA RECHKA

By train and bus – Mornings:
7.12h – Sofia - Vidin (express train)
7.52h – Sofia - Mezdra (passenger train)
Both trains stop at Lakatnik and make connection with the bus to Varshetz, which pass via Gorna bela Rechka.
(the bus travels each morning except Sundays!!!)
Arrival time to village: 9.45h

By train and bus – Afternoons:
14.25h – Sofia – Vidin (passenger train)
16.50h – Sofia – Mezdra (express train)
Both trains stop at Lakatnik and make conjunction with bus to Varshetz, passing through Gorna Bela Rechka.
