Dear friends and fans of the Goat Milk Memories Festival!
This year our dear creation is about to reach adulthood – 18 years!
This growth is difficult process for both people and events. Especially for those events that are born of our true experiences. Like the festival of memories.
For 17 years, the festival always took place around May 24th. This year we open the festival for changes. Together with all of you, we will look for its new appearance in the period up to its 20th birthday in 2023.
In the second half of May, a team of artists from Bulgaria, France and Croatia will explore the myths and legends surrounding weddings in the Northwest as part of the Centrifery international project. We will watch movies and listen to music, make bread and obgi.
Throughout the summer in the village of Gorna Bela Rechka New Culture Foundation and Izgrev 2019 Community Center (Chitalishte) will partner and organize open events for children and adults.
And the Festival of Memories will bring you all together in early September – from 3rd to 6th!
Throughout the period you are very welcome with your ideas, comments and suggestions.
